Build your core

Practice this sequence everyday or other day for a week to build up to the arm balance program .. Especially for those of you who like to strengthen their core from having no core, and if you think you do, you can still brush up on it with these exercises.. so try it and give me some feedback on how easy or hard it is !! Props needed: a block, or thick book/pillow
