Preparing the body for stillness

This yoga class is part of the Home Yoga Retreat program, but can also be done by itself. In the midst of the practice, keep stillness inside you. We work on a physical level towards Uttitha Padangustasana and Vasisthasana and the different variations, and for those who can to have a go at the full variation. We warm up with Sun A and Sun B's, open the hips, legs, strengthen and prepare the core, work on balance to prepare us for the peak pose. Fun and tough! The body and mind will get challenged enough to let go of its grip on everything. Stillness will be easier to access after this challenging class :-) Enjoy, and do as much as you can, when you need a break, just access the stillness underlying everything.. Props needed: Belt.
