We start with a 30-minute meditation, then we move into a 30-minute Pranayama practice. We use the Pranayama techniques of Agni Sari, Bhastrika and Nadi Sodhana. Please never force your lungs, adjust your breath so it feels manageable to your lung capacity. With regards to the faster breathing rhythms, if you have your period or are pregnant these rhythms are not suitable. Also with high blood pressure stay with the slower rhythms.
