A very calming and quiet class with hipopeners and twists. Perfect to do after a long day or even after a workout or short energising yoga practice. This class will focus on the quieting aspect, finding the boundaries in your body, and to use the breath to open the hips. As you will use your breath and prepare the hips with preperatory openers, your body will start to release more and the deeper poses will become more accessible. With Vaijrasana, Succirandasana, Supta Hasta Padangustasana and Supta Virasana.
