Yin yang yoga for a spacious mind

This Yin and Yang yoga class guides you into a deeper place inside yourself. During the Yin portion of the class in the beginning we establish a breathing pattern that we are going to keep up with through the yang/flow portion of the class. A focused mind flows into a calm and spacious mind, especially when the body is worked and happy too!
