Find your balance inside and out with this strong yoga flow. We keep adding on to a flow that works towards repeated poses like Side planks, Warrior I (var) Warrior III, lunge step ups, culminating in a few backbends to stimulate the energy in the heart. We will then have some fun trying a few arm balances like Bakasana, Eka Pada Koundiyasana, Hasta Bujasana and Ashtavakrasana. Then time to unwind of course in a Caterpillar pose, gentle twist and a delicious Savasana. Throughout the class you are reminded to stay connected to the breath and to practice "just for fun" as a way to keep it light.
