Post run yoga stretches

Four comprehensive sets of stretches you can do right after your run! Whether you are in a gym, outside or anywhere else, these two minute stretches can be done with your running shoes on. First: the focus is on the hamstrings and quadriceps. Second: hips, calves and feet. Third: hips, adductors and hamstrings. Fourth: ribs and outer hips.
