Bending the bow

A stimulating and invigorating yoga practice based around Dhanurasana and U rdhva Dhanurasana eventually leading to flipping from upwardly facing bow into a standing forwards bend using the wall. The practice begins gently with movements to articulate the wrists, arms and shoulders and gradually builds into movements of the spine with half bow variations, full bow and then over into bridge and then upwardly facing bow (if you want to go there!). Eventually, with the wall for support, you are guided through a half handstand and finally into a transition from upwardly facing bow to Uttanasana.
