A Hanumanasana class that looks at the physical pose of 'splitting' the legs and daily challenges of being pulled in different directions. With an approach of stretching the big muscles on the fronts and backs of the legs and a few hip rotations, we arrive at the peak pose of Hanumanasana while discovering that we all have the inherent SuperPowers of Hanuman already inside and making the mystical seem manageable!
