A yoga class with the focus of finding things to be grateful for. Your energy increases when you feel grateful and the breath becomes deep and full when we move the body with the breath. Instead of moving the body in to a shape and then trying to fill it with the breath, we fill the body with breath and allow the body to move as a result of it. This way you really start to feel what expansion means. Enjoy!!
