If you are starting your yoga practice or returning back to yoga, this practice aims to provide a foundation for your practice. Starting from down on the mat, you are provided with different options to suit how your practice feels for you today. As you move to standing, you are able to tailor the practice with various options in a side bend followed by a strengthening standing posture and a releasing forward bend. The class finishes back down on the mat with a forward bend followed by a twist and then a gentle back bend to energize and rejuvenate the spine. The practice finishes with a short relaxation. Enjoy!
