Balance flow

In this practice you move from Sun Salutations into balance postures. This can be challenging yet interesting. The practice of balance postures are important to align the body's center of gravity with the Earth's gravitational field. Finding the balance brings not only your body into balance but also the nerve impulses, the thoughts and emotions and brings equanimity. Despite the challenges you may experience through this practice it's well worth it as it's great for strengthening the muscles and building coordination and balance.
