The three warriors: discover your deepest truth

As we use the physical postures of Warrior in several variations for stability and strength, this practice also invites us to discover what our 'inner truth' is. After a calm warm up, the class takes off with a series of standing poses that build heat and strength. After the moderate / challenging standing poses, the seated poses help to stretch and release and keep us looking inside for places of truth.
