Pregnancy Yoga: A practice of sitting and standing postures

We move into a practice that accommodate the growing baby, starting with sitting to practiced Apana Mudra (hand gesture) to connect with downward going energy and full yogic breathing to calm the body and the mind. We move into a free flow cat cow posture to release the spine and we use the wall to practice strengthening postures. We practice chair against the wall, dog against the wall, a restorative posture forehead against the wall and finally a side stretch to elongate the sides of the body, to promote an easeful breath.
