Light of the heart practice

With the hands in Anjali mudra as a reminder to keep the heart space open and the light of our hearts shining brightly. A strong, flowing class with holding postures all the while with the hands in (reversed) Anjali mudra, this class has no Chaturangas or Down Dogs. Use the muscles of the legs to support the shoulder girdle and keeping the heart open while moving through the Vinyasa Krama.
