Beginners yoga and the breath - class 2

Building on class 1, this class will take you to the next level of how the breath is used as a tool in a yoga practice. This class teaches you how to use your breath to articulate your actions while being in the pose. The breath supports the energy of the body and will deepen your experience of your body and of the pose you are in. This is a yoga class with mostly standing poses like Virabhadrasana II, Tadasana, Urdhva Hastasana, Adho Mukha Svanasana (Down Dog), Dandasana.
