Ujjayi breath tutorial

Ujjayi, or "Ocean breath" is a basic Pranayama (breathing) technique. It is the breathing technique that can be used throughout the yoga asana (posture) practice. The effects of Ujjayi Pranayama are balancing, meaning they both calm the nervous system (and mind) and are energizing at the same time. When you will practice this regularly, this breathing technique will improve your breathing, by breathing more deeply and in a more balanced way, and it will focus your mind.
