Restorative practice

In this restorative class you will need 2 blocks, a blanket, 2 bolsters (or about 6 beach towels) and a belt. This hour long class will help bring your body and mind to a neutralized and balanced state through a sequence of twisting poses, hip openers and chest openeners. Staying in the poses for up to 5 minutes will restore your calm state and recharge your energy. With Supported Adho Mukha Svanasana, Parivartanasana, Parivrtta Balasana, Supta Badda Konasana and Setu Bandha Sarvangasana.
