Intelligent, peaceful and flexible practice

Wondering whether your hamstrings will ever become flexible? You don't have to pull and strain; instead, embrace your body the way it is now and let it open gently. Appreciate the calming qualities of forward bending, followed by some Pranayama where we work with breath retention (if retaining the breath makes you uncomfortable, please go back to normal breathing). You will need a belt, perhaps a blanket and a block.
