Fire up your core energy

You will practice yoga poses to strengthen your core during this yoga class, but you will also practice regular yoga poses initiating from the core, so you are strong within, and can be soft outside. A strong and active core is good and important on the mat, but also off the mat, especially when we feel depressed and dull. Your life energy is stored in the lower belly area, so tapping into your energy in this area will increase it.
