Yin and Yang practices make up this sequence to help take care of our shoulders. The Yin poses support the mobility and openness of the shoulders while the Yang poses cultivate much-needed strength for healthy shoulders. This sequence is a wonderful tool for shoulder ‘maintenance’ and can also be used as tool for recovery from some shoulder injuries. However, please consult with your doctor if you have a serious injury to find out which movements are appropriate for you and adapt the sequence and poses to your current needs.
