Warm the hips and shoulders with some gentle Sun Salutations / Surya Namaskar. We then practice different twists interspersed with some poses to lengthen the spine, some forward folds and backbends. Some of the twists practiced are Jathara Parivartanasana / Lying spinal twist, Easy seated twist, Wheel of life / Ayurchakrasana, and more..
