Yin Yang Yoga - Energize

We begin with a few Yin yoga poses to settle and warm up following with Sun Salutations A, some standing poses, Boat pose / Navasana, Inversions like Handstand / Vrksasana and Fore arm Balance / Pincha Mayurasana, Some hips and quad openers like Pigeon and lunges and variations, ending with a little yin again and a long relaxation! You'll feel strong but soft and balanced. Enjoy!
