Prana Flow 3 Hips

Using Mandala Namaskar from Shiva Rea as a warm-up, this class takes you deep into your hips. Mostly a floor based practice you will generate heat from your core and release energy. Using a circular Namaskar initially this flow explores a different pattern than the usual classic sun salutation. Creative and liberating.
