Upper body flow: Open your Heart

A joyful series of chest opening postures leading to Urdhva Dhanurasana (upward facing bow). We move with an awareness from the centre of the body and create stability from the pelvis, to experience a lengthening action in the spine. Practice Utkatasana (chair posture), Virabhadarasana (warrior) postures to move into Ardha Dhanurasana (half bow posture) and Dhanurasana (bow posture). Remain connected with your centre and build confidence with a lift from your heart.
