Yoga for Women, introduction

A full, gentle flowing yoga class for ALL women. No matter where you are in your cycle or life, this is for you. You'll learn more about your menstrual or moon cycle and how to adjust your life and yoga practice to support your cycle. This practice is great if you have menstrual problems, are trying to conceive and/or have no menstruation (anymore). If you want to do just yoga you can skip the intro, go to 5:40 to begin the yoga section of this class.
