Yoga to lift your mood

When you are down you're usually not fully present to what is right here now. This yoga class invites you to be aware of your strong legs. Subconsciously strong legs remind us we are able to look after ourselves. Feeling down has often somthing to do with feeling insecure, dependent, helpless (things we were as babies, young children. So when we are reminded of our strength and adult body's we are able to leave the story behind te mind is telling us and we're back in the reality.. It helps, try it!
