A vinyasa flow practice that uses physical poses to support digestive and lower back health in the body and conscious breathing to help 'the inner waves' of energy move through. This sequence has several 'waves' of poses that include warm up lunges and gentle twists leading into deeper variations and sequenced postures finishing with an exciting shoulder stand twist. There are variations on the more difficult poses and the class should leave you feeling liberated around the spine and hips.
