Groovy Twists

A joyful practice with a strong emphasis upon rotations and twists. From the start you will be guided into some gentle twists to be begin to awaken the spine. As the practice develops you are lead through stronger twists including a balance from rotated side angle and a balance in rotated hand to foot posture. From the seated postures be rotated in forwards bends and try a variation from half lord of the fishes.
