Freedom series: Breathe to freedom

In this yoga class we take the focus on the breath to keep us grounded in the present moment. When we are aware of the breath, our nervous system is calm. When we are aware of the breath, and listen to the quality of the sound it tells us a lot about how we are doing. Classical Sun Salutations, some side bends to make it easier to breathe, some standing poses put into a fun flow......etc...
