Joyful shoulders and hamstrings yoga

Strengthening shoulders and arms is the focus for this practice, where we balance the dynamic transition between standing and arm balancing with some lengthening hamstring postures. An uplifting and yet calming sequence where we move towards balance exploring the principles of Yoga Nidrasana, a powerful lower back posture. We practice Tittibhasana (firefly posture), Parsva Bakasana (side crow posture) and Vasistasana (side plank posture).
