Freedom series : Moments of stillness

The physical focus of this yoga class is forward bends. The spiritual focus is about finding the points of stillness between breaths, between thoughts, between experiences. These points can serve as the doorway to the heart of the universe. These doorways invite the mind to fold back into its own source. These moments of stillness once found are also called "fleeting samadhis". Samadhi is being translated as the state of absorption in the Self.
