In this 60 minutes class we take our time to enliven all parts of the body through standing postures, abdominal exercises balancing poses and twists. These poses will build up strength and resilience as well as opening the hips and shoulders so the armbalance will be like the cherrie on top! Deeper hip work is more central in this sequence as we move to the last armbalance of Dwi Pada Koundinyasana, with the variation of Eka Pada Koundinyasana I.
