Class 3 in this program has the focus on continuing to building up strength in the upper body and core as well as fluidity in the body by moving with the breath. Breathwork will be deepened as the sequence takes you through Surya Namaskar, hipopeners and corework to the armbalance Eka Hasta Bujasana
