Ashtanga Flow

A fusion of Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow this is a dynamic sequence to help you build stamina and strength. With standing poses, some seated and full finishing sequence from the primary series this is a good class for beginners with some experience of the standing poses and sun salutations.
