7 days of Yin: Legs

During this short yin yoga class we will work on the legs, all 4 sides: front, back, inside and outside. Great for anyone, but especially great if you love sports and/or use your legs a lot. You can imagine what a difference it makes to your day if you have legs that feel relaxed or legs that are tight. Enjoy!
