Restorative / Somatic Yoga flow

A blend of free movements and yoga for the health of the back. Suitable for all, we move into gentle, spiralling movements from the upper body into some lunges, then practice several postures with the support of a bolster (a meditation cushion or a sturdy cushion can also do the job). This is a calming, restorative sequence perfect for the evening, with the emphasis on the breath in the back of the body.
