Continuous flow: Hip openers

This yoga class includes sun salutations A+B, Standing yoga postures like Virabhadrasana I, II, Parsvakonasana, Downdog Lunge, one legged Utkatasana, seated yoga poses like Ardha Matsyendrasana, Janu Sirsasana, Eka Pada Rajakapotasana, Upavishta Konasana, Baddha Konasana and Setu Bandha Sarvangasana with breath work.
