Freedom series: Sat Chit Ananda

Sat Chit Ananda means Consciousness of pure being is bliss. During the class we explore the spiritual concept that to experience truth you must let go of the false. On a physical level, this Yoga class includes pranayama, lunges, warrior sequences, light backbending, hip openers and twists (Bharadvajasana) . Experience more freedom and lightness in your poses when you see trough what is false.
