Continuous flow: Breath led

This continuous vinyasa flow class warms you up with some Circular Sun Salutations, Standing poses with lots of vinyasa'a in between for as long as we could manage it in the summer heat, then it cools down with some hip openers and a Shoulder Stand/ Sarvangasana.Enjoy, it gave us some great energy!
