Continuous flow: Twist to Parsva Bakasana

This continuous yoga flow focuses on twists, we prepare the body through a variety of standing poses with a twist. When the body is ready and prepared we move into Parsva Bakasana / Side Crow Poses. Of course a gentle cool down with a delicious Supta Baddha Konasana on a bolster, Vipariti Karani / Legs up the wall pose and Savasana to finish.
