Creativity and inspiration

In this meditation we will be stimulating the right side of the brain, unlocking the meditative and intuitive aspects of ourselves which often get overlooked. The first stage of the practice includes a Kapalabhati breathing practice (shining skull breath) to ‘clear the clutter', and then moves onto onto Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) to encourage balance between the left and right sides of the brain. In the second part of the practice Andrew uses a Tibetan singing bowl attuned to the Ajna (third eye) chakra to bring things to the surface. This calm and powerful practice will leave you feeling centred and peaceful.
