This continuous yoga flow is led by the breath. The focus is arm balances and placing the hands down properly to protect the wrists. After a gentle warm up we practice sun salutations, some standing poses intertwined with core planks to already get used to placing weight on the arms while engaging the core. We build up gradually to different variations of Side Plank / Vasisthasana ending with Wild Thing pose. Vipariti Karani on a block and bridge on a block relax the lower body for a deep delicious Svasana.
