Freedom series: Loving what is

During this yoga class on a physical level we focus on Sun Salutations A+B, standing postures and some core strengthenig poses, including Bakasana. We hold the key yoga poses for at least 5 breaths. When we hold the poses for 5 breaths or more the mind becomes calmer, which is the spiritual focus of this class, finding peace with what is. We do this through accepting and taking it a step further through loving our bodies exactly as they are. Through saying yes to life exactly as it appears..
