Sthira means stability and Sukha means with ease, comfort and freedom. This yoga class requires your mind to be sthira, stable, a fixed attentive mind to allow the ease and joy in your practice. After a gentle warm up we move into sun salutations and a continuous flow of standing poses. We move through different cycles of standing poses and add to the sequence of standing poses every time. After a short cooling down we finish with a relaxation.
