Moon Salutations

Chandra Namaskar (Moon Sequence) is often practiced to soothe the nervous system and to align body and mind to the Universe. The sequence is gentler than Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) and can be enjoyed as a tool to gradually introduce ourselves to a more dynamic practice, or to come back to a dynamic practice after a break (due to illness or other reasons). Enjoy the deeply soothing rhythm of this gentle Vinyasa flow where the breath is synchronized with the movement.
