Class 6: Ashtanga Yoga Beginners, Ashtanga Flow

Full flow through of everything covered in the Ashtanga beginners course. Including Sun Salutations, Standing Poses, Primary Series up to Navasana and the Finishing sequence.This class is best done when students feel they are familiar with the sequence up to the end of the standing poses. This sequence will help build stamina, strength, flexibility and quieten the mind as you focus on the constant flow and rhythm of the breath.
