Class 4: Ashtanga Yoga Beginners, Primary Series to Navasana

Flowing through Suryanamskara A and B and the end of the Standing Sequence we then move onto the seated poses of the Primary Series up to Navasana with the half vinyasas. Using props and modifications you will learn how to do the poses safely and the vinyasas in and out of the postures. Again the finishing sequence is including including bridge pose.
