Flowing through Suryanamskara A you will then learn both the elements of alignment in the first four standing asanas and the flow for each one as it is practiced in the Ashtanga sequence. The last three asanas from the finishing sequence are also introduced. This is an accessible, informative class and will enable you to build on what you have already learnt in lesson 1.
