Class 1: Ashtanga Yoga Beginners Course

Introducing Breath, Bhandas and the Sun salutations in this first class. Flowing with the breath and building slowly up to standing, learn to flow through Suryanamskara A and B with a counted steady rhythm. Good for building energy, strength and stamina can be used as a warm up for any yoga practice.
